Choosing the Right Lens

Mirror Lens: Ideal for outdoor, bright days
Clear Lens: Best for indoor or low-light conditions (non-polarized)
Smoke/Tinted Lens: Suitable for both outdoor and indoor environments

Preventing Swim Goggle Leakage

1. Avoid folding the silicone edge; ensure hair or swim cap doesn’t interfere.
2. Don’t wear goggles too close to the nose bridge; adjust the silicone gasket to eliminate gaps.
3. Adjust the strap and press eye cups gently for a snug fit.
4. Properly fitting goggles don’t need to be tight. Overly tight goggles can cause discomfort, leave marks, and may allow water to seep in.

Preventing Swim Goggles from Fogging

1. Ensure the inside of the lenses are wet before swimming to activate the anti-fog coating. Dip the goggles in pool water briefly.
2. Avoid touching or wiping the inside lenses to prevent wearing off the anti-fog coating.
3. Rinse lenses with fresh water after swimming and let them air dry.
4. Store goggles away from direct sunlight to extend their lifespan.
